In this capacity, he is also a key member of the North American ESG Steering Committee, focused on integrating sustainability into the core operations of the organization.

Since joining DHL Group in 2001, Schablinski has been instrumental in driving the company’s GoGreen initiatives. With a global background that includes extensive work in Europe and the Asia Pacific region, he has developed a deep expertise in sustainability practices and strategies. His leadership has contributed to DHL’s ambitious sustainability targets, including its landmark commitment to achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, making it the first logistics company worldwide to set such a goal.

Prior to his current role, Schablinski served as Vice President of Global GoGreen for DHL Supply Chain, where he was responsible for translating DHL Group’s sustainability roadmap into actionable strategies for the division. His wealth of knowledge and experience in sustainability initiatives positions him as a valuable asset in achieving the organization’s new carbon emission reduction targets.
